b) payments

Stripe (Stripe, Inc.) — processes all subscription payments and one-time purchases. Stripe collects and processes payment card data directly and in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. We do not store card details. See: stripe.com/privacy

c) email marketing and automation

Klaviyo (Klaviyo, Inc.) — manages our email marketing, automated email flows, and subscriber lists. Your name, email address, and subscription behaviour are stored and processed by Klaviyo. See: klaviyo.com/legal/privacy-notice

D) SERVICE DELIVERY

Replit (Replit, Inc.) — our competitive intelligence platform is hosted on Replit infrastructure. Client onboarding data and report configuration details are processed via Replit.
Wix (Wix.com Ltd.) — our Website is hosted on Wix. Wix may collect standard web traffic data.
Google Workspace (Google LLC) — used for business email and document management. Communications sent to hello@balthazaar.net are processed via Google servers.

E) AFFILIATE & REFERRAL PROGRAMME

We operate an affiliate and referral programme. Participant names, email addresses, and referral activity may be shared with our affiliate platform provider to track and process rewards. Affiliate partners may receive limited confirmation data necessary to process their commission. Details of the specific platform will be provided upon joining.

F) OTHER BUSINESS TOOLS

From time to time, we may use other standard business SaaS tools (such as project management, customer support, or communication platforms) that process limited personal data as part of normal business operations. For EEA/UK users, transfers are made under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent approved mechanisms.

Prospect and marketing data — retained for up to 3 years from last interaction, or until you unsubscribe
Client subscription data — retained for 7 years from end of subscription for accounting and legal compliance (Singapore law requirement)
Payment records — retained for 7 years in accordance with Singapore accounting requirements
Website analytics data — retained per Google Analytics default settings (up to 14 months)

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, or misuse — including access controls, encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), and secure third-party service agreements.
